77 joy Terms and Conditions

1 Definitions and Applicability

In these terms and conditions, "77 joy", "we", and "our" refer to the 77 joy platform and the entities involved in its operation. "Member", "user", and "you" refer to the person who has registered on the platform or is using the service. "Platform" refers to the 77 joy website, mobile app (Android and iOS), and all services operated through them.

These terms apply to all individuals residing in Bangladesh who wish to use 77 joy's services. They apply equally when services are accessed through a third-party representative or intermediary.

2 Account Registration

To use 77 joy's services, each member must create a valid account. A person may operate only one account. If a person holds more than one account, the platform has the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any deposited funds.

All information you are asked to provide during registration must be complete, truthful and accurate. The following information may be required at registration:

• Full name (as per National ID card or birth registration)
• Valid mobile number (Bangladeshi operator)
• Email address
• Date of birth
• Preferred payment method details

77 joy may request proof of identity at any time for account verification. Mobile number confirmation via OTP verification is mandatory.

3 Age and Eligibility Requirements

If a false age is provided at registration and is later proven, the account will be closed immediately and all funds in the account will be forfeited. No person under the age of 21 may use any service on 77 joy.

In addition, persons who have voluntarily self-excluded or whose accounts have previously been banned may not open a new account.

4 Account Security and Password

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. Sharing your login details with any third party is prohibited. You will be held responsible for any actions taken by another person using your login details.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account or have forgotten your password, contact the 77 joy support team immediately. It is recommended that you change your password regularly. Use a mix of upper and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters in your password.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount on 77 joy is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Accepted methods for both deposits and withdrawals are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Sonali Bank and other scheduled banks).

5.1 Deposit Terms

Deposited funds will be returned only via the same payment method used to make the deposit. That is, if you deposit via bKash, withdrawals will also go to bKash — a different method is generally not permitted, though exceptions may be considered for verified accounts.

The mobile number or bank account used to deposit must be registered in your own name. Transactions through payment methods registered in a third party's name are not permitted.

5.2 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Before approving a withdrawal, 77 joy has the right to verify your account details. If an account is not fully verified, larger withdrawals may take additional time to process.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

77 joy runs various bonus offers for new and existing members. Each bonus has its own terms, and failure to follow them may result in the bonus being cancelled.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. That is, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive ৳1,000 as a bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000; to make this bonus withdrawable you must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

6.2 Ongoing Promotions

Regular offers are available for existing members:

• Weekly 77 joy Reload Festival: 30% bonus on any deposit each week, maximum ৳8,000, wagering 20x, minimum deposit ৳200.
• 77 joy Slots Bonus: 50% bonus once daily in the slots section, maximum ৳10,000, wagering 25x, minimum deposit ৳200.
• 77 joy Weekend Special Reward: 40% bonus on deposits made on Friday and Saturday, maximum ৳12,000, wagering 18x.
• 77 joy Birthday Gift: A maximum reward of ৳2,000 once a year for verified accounts, wagering 10x.
• Refer a Friend, Get a 77 joy Reward: Up to ৳3,000 for each successful referral, wagering 15x.

Bonus funds should never be treated as free money. A bonus is only withdrawable after the specified wagering requirement has been met.

6.3 Policy Against Bonus Abuse

If an attempt is made to gain bonus benefits by opening multiple accounts, through matched betting, or by any other method, 77 joy has the right to cancel the bonuses on the accounts involved and close those accounts permanently.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules must be followed when placing bets or playing casino games on 77 joy:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet shows an incorrect win or loss due to a technical error, 77 joy has the right to correct that result.
• In live betting, any bet placed after the result of a sports event has been confirmed will be considered void.
• Each game or betting section may have specific rules, which are set out in detail on that section's page.
• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, the applicable rules will be followed to resolve the matter.

Specific sectional rules may apply for cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football and other sports betting.

8 VIP Program

The 77 joy VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit, calculated as a set percentage of net losses for the week:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

For example, if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 as cashback. Advancement through VIP tiers depends on a member's ongoing activity. 77 joy has the right to revise the criteria for promotion to higher tiers at any time.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 77 joy:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name or from the same device
• Placing artificial bets or matched bets to take advantage of bonuses
• Using a payment method registered in a third party's name
• Attempting to make unauthorised changes to the platform's software or systems
• Using any method to manipulate the Random Number Generator (RNG) or game outcomes
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds
• Threatening, harassing or attempting to defraud other members

10 Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Closure by the Platform

In cases of rule violations, suspicious activity or failure to complete verification, 77 joy has the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice. The opportunity to appeal this decision is available through the support team.

10.2 Closure at the Member's Own Request

You may request to close your account at any time. Full details on the self-exclusion process are available on the Responsible Gaming page. It is recommended that you withdraw any valid balance before closing your account.

11 Data Privacy

Full details on how your personal information is collected, stored and used are set out on our Privacy Policy page. The privacy policy applies alongside these terms and conditions, and together they form a complete agreement.

Your account information, transaction history and gaming activity records may be shared with the relevant authorities for legal purposes. Your data is kept secure using SSL encryption.

12 Liability and Limitations

77 joy will not be liable for any loss in the following situations:

• If a game or bet is left incomplete due to loss of internet connection
• If a game is disrupted due to a technical problem on the part of a third-party software provider
• If service is interrupted due to an unexpected technical fault or during server maintenance
• If a member shares their own login details with a third party and suffers a loss as a result

77 joy aims to maintain the highest standard of service, but cannot accept liability for compensation if the service is temporarily unavailable for any reason.

13 Right to Amend Terms

77 joy has the right to change, add to or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. If changes are made, the date of the latest update will be noted at the top of this page.

For significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify registered members by email or mobile. However, continued use of the platform after a change has been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms, regardless of whether a notification was received. It is your responsibility to read the latest terms regularly.
